What does the Yin Yang symbol represent?
The Chinese Yin-Yang symbol represent perfect balance. There can be no light without dark, no good without evil, no male without female etc.
The 'Yang' is the light and feminine side, the 'Yin' is the dark and masculine side, however you can't have one without the other so it is a harmonious symbol.
One quality will reach its peak, then slowly transform into the opposite quality forming an endless cycle.
My understanding is that whilst you are in the'dark' half, this shouldn't be viewed as negative, it is a time to learn and we should embrace it, we will eventually move into the 'light' phase,where we can apply what we've learnt. A continuous learning life cycle.

This site is aimed at giving you reviews of personal development and emotional healing techniques that work. Techniques such as the Emotional Freedom Technique, Using the Law of Attraction, Reiki and Crystal Healing amongst other things.
So what is it all about?
Personal Mastery and personal development, in the 21st century, are an absolute must. We lead high pressure lives, with jobs, families, studying and businesses to run, being high up on the list of priorities.
Often, trying to juggle all of these things takes it toll, resulting in stress. Stress results in real psychosomatic disorders and diseases and is often a great contributing factor of early death, as stress affects the heart and all major organs of the body.
There are many, many techniques but this site is dedicated to the ones that I have personally used. Hopefully the site will grow as time goes by, to include other techniques such as Reflexology and more.
The techniques I explain will hopefully show you the WHAT, WHY and HOWs. I'll also provide resources that have helped me along my journey.

What can it do for you?
By using these techniques, even just giving one a try, can greatly improve your life. We all need some 'me' time and these techniques give a little pleasure and encouragement to you without infringing on the rest of your life, if you don't want them to. Reiki can be done at any time and revitalises you, while holding certain crystals can energise you, and once you own these things they work for a lifetime. Can you really afford NOT to invest in your own wellbeing?
